Saint Figarland Shamrock, a World Noble, leads the Knights of God as their commander. He comes from God Valley, born as the son of Five Elder Figarland Garling and the older twin of the Emperor Shanks, and he spearheads the Knights' campaign to seize Elbaph as a minor antagonist of that arc.
A tall, lean figure, Shamrock wears his long red hair, a gift carried over from his mother, in a small braid set to the left of his head, paired with light stubble. His likeness to his twin Shanks is so close that several characters mistake one for the other, though Shamrock keeps both arms and bears no scars across his eye.
Fitting a World Noble and a Knight of God, he wears a black-and-gold military tailcoat with frog closures, white trousers, red gloves, thigh-high brown boots edged in gold, golden greaves, and a cravat, with a golden saber slung at his left hip on a shoulder belt. A blue cloak often shrouds him while he is on the move.
Loyal to the World Government like any Knight of God, Shamrock thinks little of anyone lacking Celestial Dragon blood, treating them as commoners regardless of rank. Where most nobles erupt loudly when thwarted, he stays patient and calculating, attempting dialogue first and unveiling his cruelty only when talk fails.
He spares no one who defies the Nobles, not even kin, looking down on Shanks for abandoning Mary Geoise to mingle with the "lower world." He feels no hesitation about seizing children to reach a goal, even twisting such schemes into a sadistic game for his own amusement.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Both Shamrock and his twin brother Shanks came into the world on God Valley, their mother the red-haired Magnolia and their father the Knight of God Figarland Garling, who was absent at their birth and later fatally stabbed Magnolia when the boys were one. As their mother lay dying, the young Marine Monkey D. Dragon fled with both infants amid the arrival of the Rocks and Roger Pirates, but Maffey of the Satchels Family recovered Shamrock and carried him to Mary Geoise, while Shanks was left behind and ended up raised by the Roger Pirates.
Some twenty-four years back he encountered King Harald at Mary Geoise, and roughly fifteen years ago he was reunited with Shanks. In the present he led the Knights' campaign to annex Elbaph, descending with Gunko to recruit the giant prince Loki; when Loki refused, Shamrock loosed his Cerberus sword on him and resolved to seize the children of Elbaph as hostages. He was soon recalled to handle a dire situation at Mary Geoise, which he brought under control.
On joining the Knights he received a covenant with Imu, of the Depths or Abyssal kind, granting greater power, travel through the Abyss, and immortality, and his Haki is fierce enough to herald his arrival like black lightning. His authority over the Knights is outranked only by Garling's.
Yes, Saint Figarland Shamrock is the twin brother of Shanks, born together on God Valley to their mother Magnolia.
Shamrock's saber, Cerberus, is described as an Awakened Mythical Zoan blade, meaning the sword itself carries Zoan Devil Fruit power rather than Shamrock having eaten a fruit himself.
