Guernika

Crowning his look was a white bowler hat, worn above a long white coat and a polka-dotted scarf in dark purple and blue. A ribboned award decorated his blazer, and his tie hung loose. His face was flat, carrying a thin mustache and beard, a scar beneath his pale right eye, and markings under a left eye that was solid black. What looked at first like a mask appeared instead to be white makeup, since his lips moved beneath it as he spoke.

In the mold of his fellow CP0 operatives, Guernika carried himself with professional discipline and put the mission ahead of everything else. His temper, though, could flare fast: he struck Apoo at point-blank range for branding him and Maha as the World Nobles' dogs, and he was prepared to dispose of Drake, a SWORD infiltrator he saw as an obstacle. He also confessed a quiet envy of Drake's freedom to act on his own will. When Kaidou finally turned on him for interfering, Guernika neither fled nor flinched, accepting the blow without fear.

The Five Elders counted him among their very best agents, and his mask itself signaled elite rank within CP0, where he frequently served as the organization's spokesman. Alongside Maha he cut down numerous powerful fighters at Onigashima, including many Mink warriors, and the pair took on Worst Generation members Apoo and X Drake together with two of the Numbers. His stamina and endurance were immense: he dove through the flames of Kazenbo unharmed, shrugged off Apoo's sound-based blast that had floored Luffy, and pressed on to the rooftop even after Drake ran a sword through his back. His speed let him scale Onigashima in moments and latch onto Luffy before the pirate could strike.

As a master of the Six Powers, Guernika wielded Soru, Shigan, and a Tekkai sturdy enough to pin Luffy's Boundman form in place long enough for Kaidou to land a near-fatal hit. He also commanded both Observation and Armament Haki.
