Appearance

Standing taller and leaner than his fellow operatives, Maha hides his face behind a pale mask fitted with rounded eye holes and a jutting tube where the mouth would be. A tall hat sits atop wild green hair, and he keeps a long staff clasped in both hands ahead of his body. His outfit follows the standard CP0 look, a white suit paired with a matching cape.

Personality

Mission-focused to a fault, Maha mirrors the discipline expected of CP0, placing his assignments over any other concern. He guards the World Government's image fiercely, insisting that the runaway Who's-Who be put down so no fugitive sets a dangerous precedent. That loyalty wavers somewhat after he learns the government intends to seize Wano once Kaidou falls, prompting him to liken his own employers to the very pirates they hunt.

History

Robin herself notes that masked status marks Maha as one of the unit's strongest, and his feats back this up. Alongside Joseph and Guernika, he first arrived in the Flower Capital to renegotiate weapons supplies with Shogun Orochi, talks that collapsed under Orochi's absurd demands. The trio later monitored the Onigashima raid from a guest room using a Go board, before priority orders relayed through Rob Lucci sent Maha and Guernika after Nico Robin.

During the pursuit he cut down a host of Mink warriors, walked unharmed through the flames of Kazenbo, toppled the Number known as Zanki single-handedly, and demonstrated Shigan among his Six Powers techniques. His final clash came against Izou, a former Whitebeard commander who refused to step aside. Outnumbered yet defiant, Izou and Maha struck each other down at the same instant, killing Izou and leaving Maha's own fate unconfirmed.
