Helsing

Long red hair sits gathered atop Helsing's head in a tall, full ponytail, with strands of fringe spilling down past her face. Her eyes are yellow, and a black band wraps across her brow while gold earrings, each a chain ending in a ring, hang at her ears. At her neck rests a black choker clasped by a gold buckle. Over a short, strapless green dress whose chest is cut into a black V, she throws on a dark brown coat.

Confidence in her own power runs through Helsing, who is certain she alone can topple the whole Straw Hat crew. She is fiercely devoted to her captain Lytton and esteems him greatly, so much that being beaten leaves her mourning that she has let him down.

Famed and formidable with a blade, Helsing lands her cuts at speed and links them together in fast succession. She can also somehow control her own hair, snapping the ponytail outward as a weapon. Her trademark is a bokken, a wooden practice sword whose hollow casing conceals a real edge in the manner of a shikomizue, the grip carved to look like a snake's head. Ordinarily she keeps the wooden cover on and only exposes the steel when she turns serious. Among her named moves are Snake Road, a charging high-speed rush; Thunder Solid, a counter in which she evades and lashes back with the serpent-like ponytail; and Delayed Time, her ultimate strike, where she casts off her coat, unsheathes the hidden blade, and buries an opponent under a flurry too quick to counter. Despite all this, the Straw Hats ultimately bested her, though she had defeated one of them at their first meeting.
