Hikkomitsukumai

Average in build, this man has a somewhat flat face. His blond hair has been grown out and gathered into a topknot. For dress he wears a pale blue kimono with a patterned cloak draped over his shoulders.

The Shogun earns scant respect from Hikkomitsukumai. He scoffed openly at the suggestion that Orochi would ever own up to a mistake, waving the notion aside.

Standing guard over prisoners suggests he carries enough combat skill to hold inmates in line. For that duty he wielded a spear, putting it to use while helping watch the captives confined at Rasetsu Town. After Orochi gave the order to round up around a thousand people suspected of rebellion, Hikkomitsukumai took up position outside their cell. The whole thing was a scheme by the rebels, who had deliberately gotten themselves arrested, and when it grew obvious the prisoners were supposedly held by error, his coworker Dashiteyaro asked aloud why they had not been released. Hikkomitsukumai shrugged the question off, pointing out that Orochi would sooner do anything than admit fault.
