Appearance

Pale of coat with a dark nose, Holy looks much like Chouchou but on a far grander scale, large enough to carry a grown man atop his head with no strain. As a rule his tongue dangles loosely from his mouth.

Personality

Drilled relentlessly, Holy is intensely obedient and can grow ferocious when ordered, hunting and biting whomever his master designates. The downside is a dull wit and conditioning so thorough that he will heed commands from almost anybody, enemies included. His expression usually swings between two states: fury whenever ordered into a fight or whenever Ohm takes a hit, and quiet compliance when bidden to wait.

Abilities

Holy is genuinely strong, able to clamp a full-grown person in his jaws and swing them about, and to hold Ohm aloft on his head while standing tall, which hints at startling power packed into his short legs. He fights through assorted martial arts that lean toward boxing, having been schooled to strike with his paws, spring in spinning leaps, and balance on his hind legs. He kept Zoro at bay for a while and put down several veteran Shandia warriors. The dog functions best paired with Ohm, the two sharing a finisher in which Holy whirls through the air to punch a distracted foe into the bristling Iron Cloud spikes that Ohm has raised.

During the Skypiea fight, Ohm called him out of the woods with a savage howl as the priests chased an intruder, though Shura booted him aside before he could land a blow. Once combat erupted between the priests and the Shandia, Holy snatched warriors in his teeth and flung them around until Raki's shot stopped him. He later stood ready at the Upper Ruins, holding back from licking Chopper on command, then bolting at Zoro and startling the swordsman with a sudden punch. He and Ohm overwhelmed Zoro before separating to meet fresh attackers, and Holy slammed the plummeting Wyper down, felled Yotsubane with their joint aerial strike, and beat Mayushika. When Zoro finally bested Ohm, an enraged Holy lunged in, but Zoro reflexively shouted "stay," then told the dog to knock himself out. Holy complied and defeated himself. What became of him after Ohm was banished to a desert cloud is never revealed.
