A towering purple top hat fitted with goggles crowns Jimmy, whose features are pale and deeply lined beneath long, dirty-blond locks. His racing outfit runs to a striped purple suit finished with a white collar, while a faded orange scarf loops around his neck. Brown gloves stamped with the number five and matching boots complete the look.

For Jimmy, racing is no casual pastime. He throws himself into the contest with single-minded drive, surging to the front and bellowing with resolve once the wheels are turning. His usual composure falls away behind the controls, replaced by an aggressive edge that surfaces only while he is driving.

Jimmy entered a Turtle Car Race held inside the casino on Gran Tesoro and showed real skill, opening up a commanding gap the moment the race began. His charge unraveled when Straight opened fire on him; the gunshots tore his vehicle apart and flung it tumbling clear of the course. He shares a hat-based motif with fellow racers Kent Beef Jr. and Pork, whose headgear echoes the hats of Luffy and Ace, while Jimmy's own top hat mirrors the shape of Sabo's.
