Kibin

Standing tall with a broad, well built torso, this officer keeps his dark blonde hair gathered into a ponytail that leaves his forehead bare. A jutting chin marked by an X shaped scar on its left edge, paired with a downward angled nose, gives his face a hard edge.

His wardrobe follows the pattern of senior Marines: a formal suit worn beneath the corps jacket, which hangs from his shoulders like a cape rather than being put on properly. The suit itself is a deep red, layered over a paler red shirt and finished with a black tie.

True to his rank, Kibin carries the firm devotion to justice expected of a Marine. Whether that loyalty leans toward the merciful reading of the creed or the unbending one has never been clarified.

As a Commodore, Kibin holds command over Marines of lesser standing. He favors a jitte in combat and handles it competently, and he is also drilled in several of the Six Powers, namely Soru, Geppo, and Tekkai. None of those skills are inherently aggressive, yet he chains them together inventively, copying the Tekkai: Sai that Blueno is known for to drive himself into the earth hard enough to gouge a crater. His iron body is serviceable rather than elite, able to crack the ground through momentum but not to shrug off a direct blow from Luffy.

During the showdown at Marineford, he planted himself in Luffy's path as the pirate scaled the siege wall to reach Ace's scaffold, throwing his techniques at him, only to be dropped by a heavy hit to the gut. He later sat in on the headquarters meeting called to address Luffy's break in. In the events of the film featuring Z, Kibin attended the council convened by Sakazuki over the former Admiral's actions and was posted to Secon Island to guard an Endpoint, where Z bested him with a Haki charged punch.
