Koze and Packy are a pair of low-ranking swordsmen who served under the Yes Pirates. They debut in Loguetown, where their reckless bid to avenge their captured captain ends almost as soon as it begins.
The two men cut very different silhouettes. Koze is lean and rangy, topped with cropped purple hair, and tends to let his tongue loll out past a broad grin. His outfit pairs a fruit-printed tank top with pale trousers cinched by a pirate sash, a guard strapped over his right forearm, and plain footwear.
Packy, by contrast, is heavyset and thickly built, his brown hair worked into braided pigtails. He favors a sleeveless brown top edged in blue trim, light trousers held by the same style of sash, and ordinary shoes.
Both pirates come across as brash and short on judgment. Convinced they could topple Tashigi and settle the score for their imprisoned captain, they charged in and were swatted aside without much trouble. Like many rookies of the era, they nursed ambitions of one day reaching the Grand Line.
Packy originally hailed from Loguetown itself, while Koze's home island is never specified beyond his East Blue roots. After Smoker captured their captain and crushed any hope of sailing into the Grand Line, the duo decided to take their frustration out on Tashigi. She dispatched them with ease, and what happened to them afterward is left unrecorded. The live-action adaptation diverges sharply: rather than lingering on the island, Packy is killed by Smoker, who arrests Koze and hauls him back behind his Billower Bike.
Koze is one half of a pair of low-ranking swordsmen, along with Packy, who served the Yes Pirates and made a reckless attempt to avenge their captured captain in Loguetown.

Koze is lean and rangy with cropped purple hair and a tongue that lolls past his grin, dressed in a fruit-printed tank top, while Packy is heavyset with braided pigtails and a sleeveless brown top trimmed in blue.
In the live-action adaptation, Packy is killed by Smoker, who then arrests Koze and hauls him back to the island behind his Billower Bike, unlike the manga and anime, where their fate afterward is left unrecorded.
