History

Taking inspiration from the Rumbar Pirates, he embraced Festa's suggestion and launched out onto the sea. Because his admirers grew so fervent, the World Government took him for a hypnotist and pinned a bounty on him. His voyage carried him to Water 7, where the Straw Hat Pirates met and rapidly overcame him. He mourned that he would never walk the full road the Rumbar Pirates had traveled, and was afterward handed over to Margin.
