History

His exact combat strength is hard to gauge, yet he could keep a crew of formidable pirates in line and carried a sizable bounty himself, which made him a real threat in the government's eyes. He fought with a large sword and handled it skillfully, though against the Straw Hats he proved outmatched. In One Piece Odyssey he pitched a deal to Luffy's crew: they would beat a wanted target, he would deliver that target to the Marines, and the two sides would split the reward. He started them on the Evil Brothers, Bulaniki and Bulototo. When his meager advance enraged Nami, he promised seventy percent once he handed the brothers over, and the partnership continued through Arabasta, Water 7, and Dressrosa. Unknown to the Straw Hats, he was quietly enlisting the pirates they captured to assemble the Bounty Pirates. He eventually tried to recruit the crew outright, ambushing them in Dressrosa, but they crushed his whole crew, after which the Evil Brothers turned him in. In a Dressrosa Memoria he attempted to rally Donquixote Pirates against Law, only to be defeated once more by the Straw Hats.
