Appearance

Both boys turn up in matching styles that echo their hero Franky. Michael keeps his hair short and spiked, throwing on a red vest patterned to resemble blades of grass over a yellow shirt that carries his name beside a white circle marked with the katakana for Ma. Hoichael, by contrast, has only a small tuft of brown hair sprouting from the crown of his head, and several of his teeth are gone. He favors a blue vest dotted with pink flowers, worn above a brown shirt that bears his own name and a white-ringed red circle holding the katakana Ho.

Personality

Their identities are built almost entirely around their admiration for Franky. The two copy his mannerisms so closely that they adopt his slogan as their own, shouting Franky's signature line whenever the mood strikes. This devotion sits alongside a delinquent streak that has made them a nuisance to figures like Tilestone and Peepley Lulu.

History

During the events at Water 7, the pair were briefly mistaken for the killers stalking Iceburg, drawing suspicion from local residents. Their most memorable moment came after Garp reached the city, when they tried to rob Zoro as he headed back toward the Galley-La base. Zoro flattened them without effort and made them guide him home.

In anime-only material, the boys later begged Zoro to act as their big brother and trailed him relentlessly through the streets they knew so well. Their orphanage caretaker, a woman they call Mom, drew Zoro into the family's daily chores. The story escalates when loan sharks seize the household, prompting the boys to fetch Zoro for a rescue. After he beat Mikazuki and the enforcers, the family chased him through town once more over a forgotten shirt.
