Mitsuki

A teenage girl, Mitsuki bleaches her short dark hair blonde, with the darker roots still showing near her crown. Her usual outfit mixes a patterned casual shirt under a sports jacket with a short black skirt.

She projects toughness through her dyed hair and rough manner of speech, but underneath she is rather shy and prone to tsundere posturing whenever she gets flustered. She is also remarkably credulous, even believing Usopp could hoist five tons simply because his hammer was labeled 5t. Her hard-edged front was genuine enough to have earned her a past spot in a delinquent gang.

Mitsuki once ran with a delinquent gang, though details of that chapter are scarce and she has since left it behind. Her ex-boyfriend cornered her at a park and pressed her to reunite with him; when she refused and he raised a hand against her, Nakatsugawa Usopp intervened and pulled her clear. The encounter sparked a crush, and the next day she dropped by the Pirate Club's room to find him. With him absent, she gathered tips from the other members about his favorite food and an ideal date spot, then asked him out on his return, only to be turned down, partly because his obsession with One Piece keeps him faithful to the fictional Kaya. She later threw an Elbaph banquet with him, and when he woke the following day with no memory of her, she barged into his recovery room and wept in his lap.
