Counted among Baroque Works' Billions, Mr. Love slipped undercover as a rebel soldier during the Arabasta campaign before meeting a swift end at the hands of the Marines. Away from his assignments, his defining trait is an open, almost obsessive devotion to Miss Valentine.
Built to an unremarkable size, this man carries shaggy brown hair and dons tan gloves beneath a hooded coat in a blackish blue. Lettering on the coat's back spells out "Baroque" above and the phrase "I love Miss Valentine" below, rendered mostly in white aside from "Miss" in purple and a red heart. Light purple shorts dotted with dark ovals round things off. The anime swaps his brown hair for blond and drops the gloves entirely.
Obedient to a fault, Mr. Love accepted his rebel disguise without a word of protest, and he proved a willing liar when he tried to fool the Marines about his real allegiance. Above all he is besotted with Miss Valentine, going so far as to craft a jacket by his own hand to announce his love for her.
What is known of his past is thin. He signed on with Baroque Works at some point and became the thirty-first member of Miss Valentine's fan club. Operation Utopia saw him slip into the role of a rebel. When the battle reached Alubarna, his path and that of several fellow Billions met up with the Marines led by Tashigi. A comrade attempted to brush them off as plain Arabasta Kingdom townsfolk, but the sentence never finished, as Tashigi cut the man down and struck Mr. Love beside him in the same motion.

Mr. Love died at Alubarna when he and a fellow Baroque Works agent ran into Marine officer Tashigi. She cut down his companion mid sentence and struck Mr. Love down in the same motion.
Mr. Love hand made his own coat with the phrase "I love Miss Valentine" printed on the back to announce his devotion to her. He was also the thirty first member of her fan club.
Mr. Love held the Billions rank in Baroque Works and took part in Operation Utopia, disguising himself as a rebel soldier fighting against the Arabasta Kingdom.
No, Mr. Love was not a genuine rebel. He only posed as one under Baroque Works' orders and tried, unsuccessfully, to convince the Marines that he and his companion were ordinary Arabasta townsfolk.
