Nypers

At a glance Nypers seems to loom two or three heads above his ordinary-sized shipmates, with arms that hang unusually low. The arms are genuinely long, but the height is a fabrication. His legs are normal; he simply perches on a second man whose legs stretch far below, and a frilled blue cloak with a zigzag collar pattern hides the seam between them. The upper figure sports a long white beard, a black fedora, a white jacket with pale purple sleeves, and indigo trousers. Down below, the long-legged partner wears spectacles, a dark beard, a white coat over a light blue shirt, and deep blue pants.

He matches the rest of his crew in greed, ready to turn his weapon on anyone if it helps clear the debts the pirates are buried under.

The Long Long Pirates once gambled their fortune away at Gran Tesoro, the source of the debts that drive them. When the Straw Hats reached the floating city, the crew swarmed aboard the Thousand Sunny, and Nypers led several gunmen in firing on Franky. The cyborg answered with a Radical Beam that scattered them all. The blast ripped Nypers' disguise open, exposing the two men who had been impersonating him as they plunged into the molten gold beneath. As a sniper his aim runs better than most, and he holds some authority over the crew's lower ranks. His name is simply sniper rearranged into Pig Latin.
