Pokke is a Marine chore boy from the One Piece Premier Show 2016, a child pressured into helping seize the Straw Hats. With his father held captive, Vice Admiral Wilder exploits the boy's clone-making Devil Fruit until Pokke finally turns against him.
A tan-skinned child, Pokke wears a blue jumper whose collar, central stripe, and leg cuffs are picked out in orange, with a red zigzag running along those cuffs. A yellow vest featuring fluffy shoulders and orange trim sits over the top, finished off with black shoes and a brown bag slung at his side. Whenever he is on duty, that outfit gives way to the regulation Marine attire.
Pressure from his superiors gets the better of Pokke, which is exactly how he came to agree to round up the Straw Hats in return for his father's safety. Keeping one's word means a great deal to him, so much so that Wilder going back on a promise left the boy feeling betrayed.
The Devil Fruit Pokke swallowed is the Mono Mono no Mi, a Paramecia-class power letting him spin up duplicates of both people and objects. His bonds with others steer the whole tale: Wilder is his commanding officer and keeps the boy's father locked away to compel the use of those powers, whereas Luffy becomes a friend, helping Pokke slip past Wilder's heatwaves while hoping to pull him free of the manipulation.
Throughout the 2016 Premier Show, Wilder pledged to release the captured father once Pokke aided in taking down the Straw Hats. The boy summoned copies of foes the crew had beaten before, and between Wilder's heatwaves and Fujitora's gravity blade, the young pirates were caught. Wilder then refused to honor the bargain. As the Straw Hats cornered him and he retaliated with Ikazuchi Neppa, Pokke conjured a duplicate of the Going Merry to whisk the crew to safety. After Luffy brought Wilder down, the boy and his father both won their freedom.
