Puggy

Tall and stooped, Puggy carries an enormous mane that fades from light blue at the crown through yellow to pink at the tips, and a bold pink nose juts from his face. He leaves his chest bare but slips short pink sleeves bearing Buggy's Jolly Roger over his arms. A yellow sash wraps his waist above a blue-and-black plaid kilt and billowing pink trousers, with pink shoes to match. Finishing the look are an oversized white bowtie dotted in black and a yellow warrior's helmet decorated with pink flames around the eyes.

Loyalty to Buggy is the clearest trait he shows; beyond his steadfast devotion to his captain, little of his character has been revealed.

As the finest martial artist in Buggy's Delivery, Puggy could trade blows evenly with both Zoro and Sanji, and Buggy trusted his strength enough to make him a personal guard. He fights with a glowing red nunchaku that shifts color and somehow channels fire and electricity, and he also carries a luminous cord for binding enemies. When Buggy presented him to the Straw Hat Pirates and Zoro and Sanji moved in, Puggy turned them aside with ease. As Buggy forced his captive Ann to conjure phantoms of the crew's former allies, Puggy snared the confused pirates one at a time, roping in everyone but Luffy. The pair then tried to trip Luffy up with an illusion of Sabo, yet he pushed through and ended both Puggy and his captain with Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gun. In One Piece Party, he later joins the Buggy Pirates in Loguetown for a failed attempt to execute Luffy.
