Appearance
Rangram is a tall, athletic man whose long, light-colored hair is bound into a tight ponytail. His features are sharp and his ears come to points. He dresses in a dark vest and dark trousers, ties a pale wrap at his waist, wears a necklace, and finishes with light-colored footwear.
Personality
He shows genuine concern for his captain, going so far as to ask Roger about a troubling sense of unease that had come over the man on Zou.
History
By 44 years before the present, Rangram already belonged to the Roger Pirates and joined a raid on the Kuja Pirates meant to bring Shakuyaku aboard, while Roger readied the rest of the crew for a clash with a Marine vessel that carried Monkey D. Garp. Six years on, roughly 38 years ago, he joined his crewmates at the God Valley Incident as they moved to pull Shakky out of the Native Hunting Competition.
About 26 years back, the Roger Pirates routed a Marine battalion on an island just as the Whitebeard Pirates came into view. The two crews traded blows over four days and then held a gift exchange, during which Rangram reacted with surprise to Roger's desire to recruit Oden. When the crew reached Zou and Roger was gripped by an uneasy feeling, Rangram asked after him out of worry. Following the crew's dissolution, his fate is unknown.
