Romy

A small girl, Romy has green eyes and a freckled face. Her pigtailed hair is split straight down the middle into two shades, red on the right and blonde on the left, and a matching bow sits atop it, red on one side and white on the other. She wears brown shoes and a worn lilac-purple dress; a sizable patch and a yellow ribbon decorate its right side.

Romy adores Uta and loves her music enough to journey all the way to Elegia for the concert, where she was overjoyed to watch the singer perform. Her devotion has limits, though: she openly objected to Uta's scheme of trapping everyone inside the Uta World and begged her to stop after Tot Musica was summoned. Like many fans she fears pirates and grew uneasy on learning Uta was Shanks' daughter, but she was quickly reassured that the idol was nothing like him. She keeps listening to Uta's songs even after returning home.

Sometime within the last two years, Romy came across Uta's songs and, with other fans, sent in a video thanking the singer, personally asking whether she might meet Uta and be kept safe with her, a wish that helped shape the concert plan. She attended the show on Elegia, cheering through the opening number and through Uta's victory over the Big Mom and Jellyfish crews, and received a cat plush as a gift. When Koby exposed the truth of the Uta World, Romy questioned Uta, whose anger led her to turn the crowd, Romy included, into toys; Romy became a stuffed cat resembling her gift. After the fans were freed she woke on Elegia and went back to her hometown, where she still enjoys Uta's music.
