Scotch

Towering and broad, Scotch is a heavily modified cyborg. Metal plating armors his shoulders and head, and his entire face is a blank white mask that seems forged from metal. In place of a right hand he carries a triple-barreled gun. His wardrobe runs to a bulky maroon winter coat with grey pauldrons numbered 18, a black cavalier hat trailing a long red plume, pink trousers striped in purple, and black boots on his oddly small feet.

Scotch comes across as low-key and reluctant to brawl, content to caution visitors that the island belongs to Kaidou and to ask them to depart. He even clarified to X Drake that his words were a warning rather than a threat, though once a fight becomes unavoidable he strikes. When duty demands it, however, a cruel streak surfaces: he crushed Gaburu's uprising without mercy and thought nothing of striking down an elderly woman to make an example.

Being handpicked by an Emperor to defend a treasured island marks Scotch as a formidable fighter. He single-handedly broke Gaburu's rebellion and survived a clash with the Supernova X Drake, though he proved helpless against a Logia, falling to Caribou with little trouble. He keeps a large sword on his back, his right arm houses the triple-barrel firearm, and protective metal plating shields most of his frame. Stationed on a winter island whose people were forced to forge weapons, his fate was left uncertain after Caribou trapped him in quicksand and choked him with mud.
