Stevie is one of the two people who organize the sea train in Water 7, sharing the duty with Bushon. Rigid about regulations yet hopelessly fond of rumor, he keeps misreading the events unfolding around him.
A black conductor's cap sits atop his head, worn over a black suit trimmed with epaulets and finished with a dark tie. His hair and his mustache share the same brown shade, and a pair of plain glasses rests on his nose.
Procedure rules his conduct, so firmly that he would not allow Sanji onto the Puffing Tom. Paulie earns his deep respect. The anime leans into his nosy, gossiping nature, as when he tried to spy on the passengers heading to Enies Lobby before World Government officials shut him down. That same gossiping habit keeps steering him toward false conclusions. He blamed backstreet thugs for wrecking Galley-La's headquarters, misjudged Sanji's note meant for Nami as a botched love confession from Paulie amid a supposed love triangle, and decided that an errand to fetch food and drink proved Nami simply had an enormous appetite.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Stevie first appears at the station in Water 7, sending a World Government train on its way, only to take one of Paulie's ropes to the face before asking about the man's injuries. When Nami swore to rescue Robin, her sudden fury startled him, Paulie, and Bushon, and Paulie soon pulled all three of them clear of the Aqua Laguna's rising tide. Later he and Bushon were sent off to round up meat and sake, wrongly certain the spread was meant for Nami, and both were astonished to learn a second sea train existed when Nami guided them to the Rocketman just before it left with Iceburg. In non-canon scenes the pair quarreled over a single set of binoculars and decided ownership through rock-paper-scissors. After the Enies Lobby episode they hurried to join the Straw Hats' celebration once Blue Station shut for the night, and Stevie concluded the empty town meant everyone had gone off to toast a wedding between Paulie and Nami, his love-letter fantasy still firmly intact.
