History
Ichiro climbed to the presidency of his firm at some earlier point, and the years in the chair drained away any passion he once had for the work. While dining at a restaurant, he caught his employee Kusopp speaking aloud about wanting to lead the company someday. Irritated, he dumped his drink over Kusopp's head and jeered at him, branding him a useless worker who could not even handle his own job. Chinpy, watching the scene unfold, grew furious at the abuse and turned his powers on Ichiro, burying the president inside an enormous mound of excrement.
