Abilities

Ranking as an officer of Flower Angel grants Tokkuri command over the group's lower members. In a fight he relies on raw fists rather than any weapon. Alongside Maasu and Choshi, he tried to corner Pokori on Croissant Island, but the arriving Straw Hat Pirates, guessing the three were friends of their target, fought and beat them. Claiming ignorance of Pokori's location, the trio bolted while Luffy was distracted. They squared off with the crew again aboard Flower Angel's massive warship, where the Straw Hats were working to release the captive Sennenryu. Maasu's provocations restarted the brawl, and once more Tokkuri's side lost, leaving the dragon free. His name plays on tokkuri, a sake flask, completing a drinking-vessel theme shared with Choshi and Maasu.
