Appearing in the game Grand Line Dream Adventure Log, Flower Angel is a band of criminals headed by Dandelion, and it serves as that title's primary antagonist force.
Much of the group's might rests on Dandelion himself, a formidable fighter, and on the staff officer Mirage, whose hypnotic powers prove dangerous. Three more officers fill out the leadership, though they tend to act as a single unit rather than shining alone, backed by a mix of male and female rank-and-file troops. The organization fielded a number of vessels, one of which Mirage rode when he ambushed the Straw Hats at sea and made off with their Eternal Pose and Log Pose. Its prize asset was a colossal battleship, a legendary warship so destructive that its own makers had deliberately scuttled it.
Dandelion located a detailed description of the ship in a book, salvaged the wreck off Croissant Island, and had the shipwright Pokori restore it to working order. To move, the giant vessel required two things: a Sennenryu and an exceptionally hard object. The leaders went to Warship Island to seize a Sennenryu while Maasu retrieved a suitable heavy item from Little Garden. Mirage's hypnotic barrier could even hide the warship's position from anyone trying to approach.
Dandelion leads the operation, with Mirage as the hypnosis-wielding staff officer, alongside the officer Maasu and the recruited shipwright Pokori. The Straw Hats eventually boarded the restored battleship, beat its crew, freed the captive Sennenryu, and toppled Dandelion. He tried to sink the vessel by firing its main battery at itself, and his final shot at the Straw Hats fizzled because Pokori had quietly swapped the live ammunition for fireworks.
