Vinsmoke Yonji

Green hair, slicked into a single cowlick, separates Yonji from the rest of his family at a glance. The Straw Hats note how closely he otherwise mirrors his brother Sanji, sharing the curled brows shaped like a numeral that mark every Vinsmoke child, though Yonji's loop runs in the opposite direction and both face the same side. He carries no facial hair, and his frame is bulkier and taller than his comparatively lean brothers despite his youth.

In the field he leads Germa 66 in a green raid suit: a shirt bearing a gold "66", a hooded black cloak marked with a "4", metal gauntlets, sunglasses, an orange ascot, headphones, and a belt buckled with the Germa crest. Away from battle he favors a pale frilled-collar shirt with plain black trousers, and for ceremonies he dons a long single-shoulder royal cape. For the tea party he switched into a green double-breasted suit before changing back to his raid gear once the venue erupted into chaos.

Cold and miserly, Yonji declined to aid a poisoned Luffy and instead dared the crew to seize the cure by force, behavior his sister Reiju summed up by calling him rotten through and through. He gravitates toward conflict, grinning as he steers Sanji toward a brawl with Niji or baits the Straw Hats into attacking. His pride flares easily; humiliation in front of others enrages him, and his loss to Sanji left him swearing revenge. The genetic tampering of his father stripped him of empathy from birth, and as a boy he joined his elder brothers in beating and mocking Sanji's kindness.

Beneath the cruelty sits an unexpected sense of gratitude. Because Sanji once spared his life, Yonji later returned the favor, shielding Carrot from Daifuku and pulling Sanji and Luffy out of a Big Mom ambush at Cacao Island. Like Sanji, he is also lecherous, instantly smitten with Nami and openly musing about marrying Pudding until his brothers warn him off.

Yonji shares his birthday with all three of his brothers, and Judge had him modified and trained from infancy. He excelled where the gentler Sanji faltered, which the trio turned into an excuse for bullying. After Sanji was locked away and reported dead, Yonji felt only glee, and once Sanji escaped the family the brothers amused themselves imagining how he might have perished.

Years later Yonji met the Sanji Retrieval Team in Big Mom's waters, refused them the antidote, and was kicked off the ship by Reiju for his rudeness. He soon clashed with Sanji himself, lost badly, and had his caved-in face repaired with a hammer and press. He toured Big Mom's library with his family, drank to their planned alliance, and attended the wedding. When the Charlotte Family revealed their treachery, Sanji freed him, and Yonji donned his raid suit to rescue Carrot before retreating into Bege's fortress. He fought Big Mom to cover the alliance's escape, survived the chateau's collapse, and later aided Sanji and Luffy at Cacao Island as repayment for how Big Mom's crew had betrayed his family.
