A new generation of Emperors is named as Tenguyama unmasks himself to Robin and confirms Wano's buried secret, the world sees Luffy's uncensored poster, and Ryokugyu cuts down the last Beasts Pirates before chasing Luffy.
The Straw Hats spill into the capital to join the drawn-out Fire Festival, diving into the games and the banquet. Mindful of Luffy's order, Momonosuke keeps quiet about his own part in the raid. Off by herself, Robin reaches the country's Poneglyph and finds Tenguyama there, who admits he is really Kouzuki Sukiyaki, Oden's father. The Kurozumi had jailed him after his son's execution; he broke free years later but, sickened by what Orochi had made of the land, withdrew into hiding. Sukiyaki goes on to confirm for Robin that the ancient weapon Pluton rests somewhere inside Wano.
Word of Kaidou and Big Mom's fall sweeps across the world. The Five Elders try to strip the Nika imagery from Luffy's poster, but with the printers out of reach, the unaltered picture reaches the public anyway. Fresh bounties follow for Luffy, Law, and Kid, each pegged at three billion berries, and Luffy joins Buggy in filling two of the now-empty Emperor seats. The news drives Kid to storm the festival and lunge for Luffy's life. Over in the old Prisoner Mine, the wounded King and Queen draw a visit from Ryokugyu, who goads them into a fight and then beats both with vines that skewer and wring the water from their bodies, ordering their arrest before flying off toward the capital after Luffy.
