The Coming of the New Era! The Red-Haired's Imperial Rage

As the Straw Hats and Heart Pirates enjoy the Flower Capital's revelry, Sukiyaki guides Robin and Law to a hidden passage that descends underground and then deep beneath the sea, opening onto a sunken civilization on the ocean floor. This forerunner to modern Wano drowned in rainwater eight centuries earlier after walls were raised around it. Sukiyaki leads the pair to the Road Poneglyph at the foot of the staircase and explains that Pluton lies even deeper, reachable only by tearing down the physical walls and opening the nation's borders.

On the capital's fringe, the Nine Red Scabbards keep fighting Ryokugyu and keep losing ground to his fruit. Momonosuke forbids Yamato from stepping in, then finds himself ensnared by the admiral's vines. Thinking of Luffy, he succeeds in breathing fire much like Kaidou's Bolo Breath, shattering the wooden golem and forcing Ryokugyu back into human form. At that instant Shanks, stationed off the coast, hurls a tremendous burst of Supreme King Haki across the distance. Crushed by it, Ryokugyu yields and withdraws just as the Red Hair ship sails away from Wano.

Anime-only beats include Nami, Tama, and Chopper at a shooting game with Usopp joining in, and Momonosuke hearing Luffy's voice right before his first clean Bolo Breath. Shanks is shown drawing on Gryphon to release his Haki, with Lucky Roux warning the crew of its effect, and a young Uta dances in his flashback.
