Key Events

Bonney enters a chamber holding a glowing paw. Vegapunk recalls that, knowing Kuma could lock pain inside paws, he wondered whether memories might be preserved the same way, and helped Kuma store them before the cyborg conversion stripped his will. He lies that the paw holds pain, but Bonney sees through it and knows it carries memories.

On the Red Line, Marines shoot Kuma down as he climbs toward Mary Geoise, yet he retaliates and resumes his ascent.

Kaku's awakening boosts his speed and lets him contort his neck, overwhelming Zoro at first, though Zoro, hardened since fighting Kaidou, pushes back. Kaku directs the Seraphim to bombard Vegapunk's hideout while Shaka's group watches the building take fire.

Stussy then defects, shifting into a bat-like form to bite Kaku's neck and drain his blood into unconsciousness. Revealed as a MADS clone modeled on the former Rocks Pirate Buckingham Stussy, she dodges Lucci with Kami-e, neutralizes him using Seastone lipstick, drains his blood as well, then turns toward Zoro.
