Full Power Noro Noro Beam vs. The Invulnerable Luffy

Luffy walks away from the Face Bombs unhurt, stunning the commentator. Foxy responds by scattering wooden look-alikes of himself, and the lingering smoke makes it nearly impossible for Luffy to pick out the genuine one. Luffy solves the puzzle by hurling insults until the real Foxy bows in offense, exposing himself to attack.

Foxy drops Luffy through a trapdoor toward the sea, but he catches the hull and avoids the water. Sealed in a room ringed by floor spikes, Luffy blasts the door open with a cannon rather than risk the trap. Foxy then hides in the infirmary disguised as a nurse, lands a hit, and flees, striking again as a cook with another Kyubi Rush that throws Luffy into a chamber housing the Gorilla Puncher 13, a wall of flaming boxing gloves. A mirror there bounces the Noro Noro Beam, so Luffy shatters it, leaps, and lands a punch.

Luffy debuts the Gomu Hook, while Foxy unveils a long list of new techniques including the Foxy Shichihenge, Counter Fox Blow, Mirror Racket, Noro Noro Beam Sword, and Megaton Kyubi Rush, along with the Gorilla Puncher machine's attacks. Even after Foxy retaliates with the Gorilla Puncher and lands two more Kyubi Rushes, Luffy hauls himself upright, declaring he will guard his nakama no matter what it costs him.
