Hot Full Throttle! The Twins' Magnetic Power Draws Near

Yet another of Sanji's blunders leaves him and Usopp cornered once more by the skating duo Salchow and Arbell. On the rescue side, Campacino reaches the Phoenix Pirates' deck to break out his younger brother. Because their closeness as siblings literally magnetizes them, the pair turn that pull into a paired combat method, one that splits Luffy off from the rest of his crew. Meanwhile, ignorant that the man pouring his drinks is hunting his friends, Zoro relaxes with Don Accino.

Earlier fished from the sea by Puzzle, Luffy stands aboard the Phoenix vessel as Jiro and the others demand from a bound Brindo where their stolen banner is. Puzzle goes so far as to trade his own bounty for his crew's release, and Luffy weighs in with threats of his own. On the Thousand Sunny, Robin tries to draw out of Lil what became of the flag and where Hockera is hauling Franky and Nami. When a snail tucked inside Brindo's coat begins ringing, Jiro picks it up, and Campacino on the line urges what he assumes is his brother to return fast. Brindo flushes scarlet, Campacino shows up glowing blue, frees him from his bindings, and spells out the magnetic link binding the twins before both lunge at Luffy for his reward. In a steaming chamber Don Accino hands Zoro a cup, then reveals the Straw Hats' Jolly Roger from his hoard of flags and states he intends to collect on Zoro's bounty.

The episode is anime-original filler belonging to the Ice Hunter Arc. New moves surface here, among them the combination play wielded by Campacino and Brindo plus a fresh variant strike from Luffy. Zoro's reward is given as 120,000,000 berries, and the eyecatcher pairs Usopp with Franky.
