Episode 766 has Luffy resolve to march into Big Mom's territory after Sanji, while Law warns of Kaidou's looming threat to Zou and the samurai Kin'emon and Kanjuro slip onto the island unnoticed.
Pekoms tells Luffy that while the crew need not serve Big Mom, the Emperor's reach guarantees Sanji's marriage will sever him from the Straw Hats forever. Undeterred, Luffy decides to enter Big Mom's domain and ask Sanji whether he truly wants to wed, forcing Pekoms to agree to bring him along. Luffy reunites with the Heart Pirates, and Law cautions that Kaidou knows Zou's location. Meanwhile, Robin, Franky, and Brook try to guard the entrance against Kin'emon and Kanjuro but fall asleep, allowing the samurai through by morning.
Pekoms reveals that refusing a Tea Party invitation invites a gruesome gift: the severed head of a loved one, and that Big Mom's power lets her do as she pleases. He clarifies the marriage targets only Sanji's family, not the crew, but means Sanji will leave the Straw Hats, prompting an enraged Luffy to grab him. Pekoms plans to return to Big Mom for revenge on Bege, and Luffy insists on going with him alone to better infiltrate. Nekomamushi reopens his wounds leaping at Luffy and Zoro, wrecking the porch. Law pulls Luffy aside and refuses to delay their campaign against Kaidou, warning that the Beasts Pirates may strike Zou again, a concern that moves the Guardians to grateful tears and sparks a feast. As everyone parties, Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Bariete ride up Zunesha's leg. Robin, Franky, and Brook keep watch at the gate but all drift to sleep, and by morning the samurai reach Zunesha's back atop the tiger Torasaburo. When they reveal themselves as Raizo's comrades, a terrified Bariete flees in tears to warn the minks.
Torasaburo debuts here. The anime adds Carrot laughing at Pekoms, extra scenes of dog minks gnawing on Brook, more banquet footage with Luffy sensing he has forgotten something, and Kin'emon's surprise that Kanjuro's drawing was a tiger. Pedro is shown eavesdropping on the Pekoms conversation, and the decapitated-head warning is rendered as silhouettes rather than the manga's image of a horrified Sanji.
Luffy decides to enter Big Mom's territory to ask Sanji directly whether he wants to marry, forcing Pekoms to agree to bring him along despite the danger.
Trafalgar Law warns that Kaidou already knows Zou's location and refuses to delay the alliance's campaign against him, fearing the Beasts Pirates could attack the island again.
While Robin, Franky, and Brook are supposed to guard the entrance, all three fall asleep, allowing Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Bariete to climb Zunesha's leg unnoticed and reach the island by morning.
Pekoms warns that refusing a Tea Party invitation from Big Mom brings a horrifying gift of the severed head of a loved one, showing how ruthlessly she enforces her will.
Torasaburo is a tiger who debuts in this episode, carrying Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Bariete up Zunesha's leg as they sneak onto Zou.
