The Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance was a coalition that grew out of a pact between the Straw Hat and Heart Pirates. Folding in the Kouzuki Family and the Mink Tribe, it set out to bring down the Emperor Kaidou and free Wano Country from his grip.
What began as a deal between Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law, originally a simple Straw Hat and Heart partnership, swelled into a four-way coalition once the Kouzuki Family and the minks of Mokomo Dukedom signed on. Their shared objective was the downfall of Kaidou, a goal they achieved during the climactic raid that also dismantled his New Onigashima scheme.
The pact drew its muscle from three Worst Generation crews, the noble Kouzuki line with its legendary band of samurai, and the minks, born fighters who wield the electrical technique known as Electro. During the assault it absorbed four more veterans drawn from two Emperor crews: Marco and Izou of the Whitebeard Pirates, alongside Yamato and X Drake of the Beasts Pirates.
The coalition's seeds were planted on Punk Hazard, where Law proposed teaming with Luffy to strike at Kaidou while secretly aiming to topple Doflamingo. After the chaos of Dressrosa, the group sailed to Zou, where the minks revealed their bond with the Kouzuki Family and their sacrifice in shielding Raizo. Moved by Momonosuke's plea, Luffy folded the samurai and minks into the fold, and the full alliance was born.
Aiming to amass five thousand fighters, the coalition gathered roughly forty-two hundred, with Denjiro later bringing twelve hundred more from the Flower Capital. For the strike on Onigashima, the forces split into specialized teams for ship repair, weapon prep, blade recovery, and rousing the yakuza, then divided again into assault and infiltration groups under Law's battle plan. After the Scabbards ambushed Kaidou, the members shed their disguises and open war engulfed the Skull Dome.
Five figures headed the coalition: Luffy and Law from the pirate side, Momonosuke for the Kouzuki line, and the mink rulers Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. The ranks also held the Nine Red Scabbards, the Mt. Atama Thieves, the Kyoshiro Family, Wano samurai and former prisoners, plus tamed Beasts Pirates defectors won over by Tama. The reluctant Kid Pirates fought at their side as well. Once Kaidou and Big Mom fell, the alliance dissolved: the Worst Generation crews resumed their hunt for the One Piece, Momonosuke took the shogunate, and the mink leaders stayed in Wano, handing rule of Mokomo Dukedom to Carrot.
