Fugar, titled bandmaster, commands the Social Club, a pirate crew ranked as a subordinate outfit beneath Shanks and his forces. On the crew's flag sits a scowling, toothless skull with its bottom jaw detached, backed by a pair of crossed swords. That image changes across media: the anime tones the scowl down and draws the skull's left eye bigger than the right, and the Digitally Colored Manga gives the skull an orange coloring.

Very little is documented about the crew's combat ability, though observers generally count them as weak, on par with the rest of the allies gathered around Shanks' banner. Within the wider structure they amount to a small subordinate flag rather than a group carrying weight of its own.

The bandmaster Fugar stands as the sole member identified by name. In the Egghead arc, the crew was on Elbaph joining a celebration among Shanks' allied crews at the moment the Kid Pirates arrived. Alongside the Bourgeois Pirates and the Puddle Pirates, they put out to sea and urged the arrivals to leave without a fight, an exchange during which Fugar dropped his dentures. Kid's crew brushed the warning aside, and once Shanks alerted the Social Club to Eustass Kid's coming strike, they withdrew.
