The Eagle Launcher is a non-canon bazooka billed as Marine Headquarters' newest and most powerful portable artillery. Despite firepower rivaling a small warship, it proves useless in the clumsy hands of its owner, Shepherd, who repeatedly turns it against his own side.
Introduced during the anime-only G-8 arc, this weapon is presented as the top portable bazooka built by Marine Headquarters. Its owner brags about its mobility, though the gun's enormous bulk makes that claim hard to take seriously.
Calling it portable is generous, since the launcher dwarfs an adult man at more than twice his size and looks closer to a full cannon than a shoulder weapon. It is finished in metallic gray, decorated with talon motifs around both the muzzle and the rear vent, and fitted with a large purple grip at its middle. Its destructive output is compared to that of a small battleship, easily smashing fortified turrets and even rocketing its wielder skyward from the recoil of its propulsion.
Shepherd carries the weapon against the Straw Hats but never realizes its potential because of his own incompetence. Nico Robin simply spun the launcher around to face backward, so it knocked out his own men and blasted him into the air. On another occasion his bad aim destroyed a turret that was about to fire on the fleeing Straw Hats, accidentally helping them get away.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
