Overview
Flower Bullets are a piece of ammunition believed to come from Marine development, built around the GP Flower invention credited to Vegapunk. Function
When fired, the rounds apply Vegapunk's GP Flower process to the gunpowder near their point of impact, transforming it into flowers. This blossoming reaction effectively disarms hostile gunners by smothering their shots before they can do harm, a non-violent way to break up a firefight.
