Overview

The Hyper Shibireru-kun is an electrically powered katana invented by the scientist Wolf. It came into Trafalgar Law's hands during the novel One Piece novel Law, where he used it against Artur Bacca and the weapon met its end. Details of its look are scarce, though Law describes the blade as keen and sharp, perfectly straight with no curve to it, and notes a small on-off switch set into the handle.

Function

Flipping the switch on the grip sends electricity coursing along the blade. That current makes the sword dangerous even to enemies who turn intangible, such as Bacca, provided the form they take can conduct a charge. Judging by how brightly the blade glows when active, Law gauges that it carries enough current to knock an ordinary person out in one strike. Setting the electricity aside, it still functions as a normal katana for everyday cutting and thrusting.

Notable Users

Wolf built the weapon and kept it sheathed in his underground lab before handing it to Law for the campaign to retake Pleasure Town from Artur Bacca. Law combined it with his Ope Ope no Mi's Shambles to close in and shock Bacca repeatedly, badly stunning the intangible foe. The blade was later destroyed mid-fight, dissolving away in the acidic liquid Bacca produces.
