Among Wapol's arms, this cannon ranks as the strongest, designed to fire seven forceful blasts one after another. The shell enclosing it is styled as a hippopotamus wearing an elaborate crown, and hauling back a lever at the rear touches off the shot.

True to its name, the weapon holds seven barrels, all wrapped inside the decorative hippo casing, and it discharges when the rear lever is pulled. The ninth movie, Episode of Chopper Plus, shrinks the design down to a single barrel, while the games show its rounds detonating on impact into fireworks that each dwarf Drum Castle.

Wapol both owns and fires the cannon. On Drum Island he tried to gun down Monkey D. Luffy with it, only for the bitter cold to seize up the mechanism and for nesting Snow Birds to clog the barrels, leaving it silent. Within the movie continuity, which sits outside canon, the Episode of Chopper Plus film shows Wapol instead swallowing the cannon together with his brother Musshuru and merges with the pair, launching the poisonous Fatal Bomb toward Drum Island, until Zoro cuts it open and Franky incinerates the drifting spores.
