Summary

Luffy contacts the Five Elders, names himself an ally of Vegapunk, and warns that York's safety depends on the fleet pulling back. When Mars probes who remains alive in the Labophase, Robin stops Luffy from leaking anything, and Usopp scoffs at his captain's hope of a peaceful retreat. Saturn, for his part, names the three assets worth protecting, York, Punk Records, and the power plant for the Mother Flame, treating everything else as disposable. He coldly tells Doberman to regard people as replaceable insects. In the Labophase, York smugly threatens that harming her will doom Egghead like Ohara, earning a smack from Nami. Usopp restores communications with the freed Cipher Pol agents, who are grateful for food but ask to be moved from the seastone-bubbled Seraphim.

Key Events

It emerges that S-Snake freed Franky, Lilith, and Usopp because Luffy mistook her for Hancock and asked, her inherited affection for him overriding her programming, an effect of the Lineage Factor. With Shaka and Pythagoras destroyed and other satellites injured, the crew plots an escape: Vegaforce-01 will lift the Thousand Sunny over the blockade toward the thinner northeast coast, then a Coup de Burst will carry them onward to Elbaph, guided by one of Nami's Log Pose needles from Wano. York refuses to surrender the Frontier Dome's password, so Vegapunk, Edison, and Atlas set to cracking it. Saturn and Kizaru, meanwhile, lay out an assault, fed status reports by the traitorous Lucci. Kizaru slips into Egghead as light, only for Sentomaru to intercept him, and Luffy senses a powerful presence approaching.

Notes

An Egghead Arc chapter, it confirms Shaka and Pythagoras dead and the Seraphim sealed inside Lilith's seastone-coated bubbles. Bonney reveals she no longer wishes to kill Vegapunk. Lucci's covert leaking of Labophase events to the Marines is exposed. The cover honors a request showing a black cat and Kuro quietly reading together.
