The Hundred Million Man

A drunkard relieving himself by the shore spots a fresh batch of wanted posters and recognizes Luffy and Zoro, the pair publicly mocked the previous day for talking about Sky Island. Horror grips him when he reads Luffy's figure: no longer 30 million, the bounty now reads 100 million Berries. Meanwhile, with Nami's warning about the deadline echoing and thoughts of Cricket driving him, Luffy charges toward Mock Town to reclaim the stolen gold.

Inside a tavern the Bellamy Pirates celebrate their haul and ridicule the Saruyama Alliance until the panicked drunkard bursts in, urging Bellamy to flee before he is killed. He announces that both Straw Hats carry bounties exceeding Bellamy's own 55 million, terrifying the crowd. Bellamy only laughs, dismissing the posters as forgeries meant to frighten them, until Luffy's furious shout cuts through the room.

Stepping outside, Bellamy finds Luffy atop a building demanding the gold back. Using his Bane Bane powers he leaps to the rooftop and insists the loot is rightfully his since he took it, while Luffy declares he is simply taking it back. As Sarquiss begins doubting the bounties were ever genuine, Bellamy opens the fight by springing off the structure and cracking the tower in two.

Bellamy launches his Spring Snipe, sending Luffy crashing down, then bounces about with his Spring Hopper, the very move he used on Roshio. His mockery of dreamers enrages Luffy, who recalls Bellamy once asking whether he even knew how to throw a punch. As Bellamy closes in for the finish, Luffy answers with one tremendous blow, flattening him instantly and leaving a fist-shaped dent on his cheek.

The chapter marks the dramatic reveal of Luffy's new 100 million Berry bounty to the wider world and underscores that the posters he and Zoro shrugged off were entirely real. The cover continues the Animal Theater run, showing Nami hitchhiking along a desolate Route 666 with a fox and a straw-hat suitcase. It belongs to the Jaya Arc.
