The cover continues the Goldenweek storyline: with their disguises blown, her party scatters from Hina, who snares Miss Valentine with her ensnaring power.

On the Rocketman, Usopp keeps up the Sogeking act, and only Luffy and Chopper buy it while the others roll their eyes. Sanji shares what Blueno let slip before escaping: CP9 is using Robin's terrible past to coerce her, so she is unlikely to leave willingly. The revelation hardens Luffy's resolve to save her.
