The crew battles upward to rejoin their captain. While Luffy keeps talking to Robin, the rest of the Straw Hats break through and take their places at his side, all waiting on her answer.

Yokozuna and the Franky Family defend the courtyard doors but are pressed hard as Guilty Jury members arrive on multiple fronts, attacking Mozu, Kiwi, and their teams in the bridge towers. Inside the court, Zambai stays locked with Baskerville, who gloats that Enies Lobby has never once declared a defendant innocent. Upstairs, Nami sends Chopper after two Jurors just before the floor caves beneath them. Yokozuna is finally knocked down, but reinforcements arrive in the form of the Galley-La foremen, Sogeking, and the giants Kashii and Oimo.

On the tower, the other CP9 agents ask Spandam whether they should simply finish the invaders, but he refuses, savoring Robin's repeated rejections. To his shock, Luffy reacts to her refusal by casually picking his nose. A blast announces Nami and Chopper landing after their Juror foes fall, with Zoro responsible for launching them up, Sanji arriving annoyed to be second, and Sogeking flung in by the giants. United again, the crew waits for Robin to respond.
