Chapter 470

While Luffy stays locked on Gecko Moria, who keeps him busy on purpose, the remaining crew minus Nami squares off against Oars. The giant zombie unleashes a Gomu Gomu no Kama, leaving everyone stunned that he wields the same moves as their captain. Chopper and Usopp are most rattled by his sheer reach, since his limbs already span vast distances without needing to stretch. Sanji lands a Collier Clo to the head, only to be batted away instantly, and Franky marvels at how fast such a colossal body can move.

As Oars moves to kill Sanji, Usopp halts him with a Firebird Star. The zombie then flattens the structure Franky's group stood on with a leaping kick. Zoro's strike at the head is dodged and answered with a kick that sends him flying, until Robin snags him in a Hand Net. Franky's gunfire does nothing. When Oars reaches the platform where the crew has regrouped, Usopp and Chopper try to block him and fail. He demolishes their footing, leaving the whole group sprawled and half conscious, murmuring about Luffy and how strong he truly is.
