Chapter 632

Beaten and bound beside Neptune, the three princes apologize to their father for losing the country to Hody. Overhead, Shirahoshi and Jinbe spot the captured king just before the pair, along with Megalo, crash into the plaza in chains. Hody calls it his lucky day, since the two people he most wants dead have dropped at his feet. He notes the Straw Hats should already be at Ryugu Palace, then summons a horde from a nearby building: seventy thousand pirates plus thirty thousand enslaved humans, a hundred thousand fighters in all.

From the crowd, Madam Shyarly warns him not to grow arrogant, recounting her prophecy that Fish-Man Island will be destroyed. When she names Luffy, not Hody, as the one who will bring it down, the enraged captain guns her down with a Water Shot. He then announces to the whole island that he was Otohime's true killer, having torched the petition box through a paid human, shot the queen amid the chaos, and framed the man. As Neptune rages, Hody fires on him point-blank and taunts Shirahoshi about her mother, only for her to answer that she had known all along. Meanwhile, Decken touches the ancient ship Noah and sets it drifting toward the island.

Shyarly is revealed as Arlong's younger sister, and Hody coldly distances himself from his admired predecessor. He openly confesses to assassinating Queen Otohime ten years earlier, a truth his officers and Shirahoshi already knew. The princes, Jinbe, Shirahoshi, and Megalo are all taken prisoner. Decken sets Noah in motion, intending to crush Fish-Man Island by hurling the colossal vessel into it. The cover reveals Mr. 9 and Miss Monday alive with a child named Nanday.

The Straw Hats remain absent for a third consecutive week after the timeskip, flashbacks excepted. Pandaman slips in two cameos, once among the New Fish-Man Pirates near the captive royals and once behind a merman near the fallen Shyarly. The chapter's title pays off in its final beat, Shirahoshi's quiet admission that the queen's killer was never a secret to her.
