One Piece chapter 94, titled The Second, ends the Arlong Park conflict as Luffy emerges victorious, a greedy Marine tries to seize the spoils, and Nami resolves at her foster mother's grave to sail as a pirate.
Luffy bursts through the roof of Arlong Park, sending debris flying and jolting a sleeping Zoro awake. Below, the villagers wait anxiously, unsure who won, until Luffy rises from the rubble to their joy and declares that Nami is his friend, a gesture she accepts. With Arlong beaten, eight years of torment finally end and the celebration begins.
The festivities are cut short by the corrupt Marine Nezumi, who thanks the village for the entertaining brawl and announces that Arlong's fortune now belongs to him. He orders everyone to lay down their weapons, but Zoro and the rest of the crew set upon him. Nami returns Luffy's straw hat, then strikes Nezumi herself and demands her money back.
Driven off the island, Nezumi vows they will regret crossing him. The village continues to rejoice while Nami, Nojiko, and Genzo sit beside Bell-mere's grave. Back in Cocoyasi Village, Dr. Nako tends to Zoro's considerable wounds. From the Marine 16th Branch, Nezumi contacts headquarters to have the Straw Hats placed on the wanted list.
At her foster mother's grave, Nami makes her decision and commits to becoming a pirate, formally setting her course alongside Luffy's crew.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Luffy remarks that the crew still needs a musician and a doctor. Marine Headquarters and the Den Den Mushi both appear for the first time. The chapter continues the running motif of naming select chapters after the Straw Hats' joining order, a device later revisited in Chapter 439. The VIZ translation appears to misread the title as referring to Nezumi rather than Nami, and the chapter's opening story page originally ran in full color in Weekly Shonen Jump. The color cover, captioned Gonna have a party, shows Nami laughing genuinely for the first time in eight years.
