History
Burigura's only real mark on the narrative comes secondhand. In the middle of their clash with Flashy Flash, Gale Wind claimed that he and Hellfire Flame had been hired by Burigura. Flash, however, saw through the lie at once, revealing that he had already killed the smuggler himself, so no such contract could exist.
