The strongest inmate of Smelly Lid Prison and boss of its muscle crew, a giant of a man despite an unusually calm temperament. Demolition John accepts Nyan's monster cells and transforms, only to die in the rubble when Puri-Puri Prisoner chases Nyan through a wall.
Demolition John is a towering, heavily built man sporting a bushy mustache and goatee. His scalp is bald apart from three narrow strips of hair running down it, and behind bars he wears the standard striped inmate uniform.
Unlike the rowdy men serving alongside him, John keeps an even temper. He tried to lay out the prison's pecking order to Speed-o'-Sound Sonic in words, insisting that whoever has served longest holds the authority, yet the moment he feels slighted he is quick to settle matters with raw force.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
When Nyan breaks into Smelly Lid Prison hunting Puri-Puri Prisoner, John and the other inmates challenge the intruder's motives. After taking the monster cells Nyan offers, they mutate into monsters and flee the prison. During the later raid, John and the transformed prisoners round on Puri-Puri Prisoner once he kills Baquma, branding him the true monster and vowing to end him, but they cannot match his power. As Puri-Puri Prisoner barrels through a wall after Nyan, the resulting cave-in of rubble crushes the monsterized inmates, John among them. In an earlier prison meeting he had tried to put Sonic in his place, and when the ninja ignored him he threw a gleeful, full-force punch, only to shatter his own hand against what felt like a ball of lead.
John stood as the toughest prisoner in Smelly Lid and led its muscle faction. His strength far outstripped an ordinary person's, and he had permanently crippled numerous fellow inmates. He fought up close, relying on his fists as his weapon of choice.
