Summary
Locked into a suite of custom gadgets built by the Hero Association, Sonic is marched to his cell and dropped inside the Smelly Lid Prison, which houses the vilest offenders. The veteran inmates try to toy with the new arrival, only to grasp far too late that they have picked the wrong man.
Key Events
Sonic warns the whole cellblock that he means to slaughter every one of them so his sentence will not bore him, and the furious convicts line up to face him one by one. Their rowdiness rattles the prison's true ruler, at which point everyone but Sonic scrambles to behave. That ruler proves to be the figure who imposed order on the place and drilled the rest into obedience. The Smelly Lid Old Man clues Sonic in: the boss, Puri-Puri Prisoner, is gay and turned himself in on purpose so he could 'lawfully' get close to other men.
