Eel Dragon

Eel Dragon looms over the rooftops as a massive, two-headed serpent. Each head opens into a round, lamprey-style mouth ringed with concentric rows of needle teeth and studded with roughly eight bulging eyes across its top surface. A line of large white spines runs the full length of its segmented body, and its deeply creased, leathery hide gives the whole coiling shape a grotesque, worm-like look.

It is unclear whether the creature possesses any real mind, and nothing at all is known of its temperament. It behaves purely as a destructive force loosed on the city.

The monster surfaces in L-City and tears through its business district until the hero Blue steps in. Sheer size grants it crushing strength, and both mouths spew acid strong enough to dissolve buildings, one blast of which Blue only narrowly avoids. Its durability proves even more troubling, forcing Blue to release every limiter on his battle suit while still unable to tell whether his repeated strikes are landing.

He eventually brings the beast down after a grueling exchange. When Child Emperor later examines the remains, he uncovers a control chip lodged in its brain, hinting that the creature was being directed rather than acting on its own.
