Harold built a name as a drug kingpin whose reach carried real weight throughout the criminal underworld, which earned him the alias The Drug Kingpin, rendered in the Viz translation as The Drug Shogun. His only significance to the plot comes secondhand. When Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame clashed with Flashy Flash, Gale Wind claimed the two of them had been hired by Harold. Flash saw straight through the lie, since he had already killed Harold himself. Nothing is documented about the man's fighting ability or strength.
