Heavy Smoker

Heavy Smoker is a hulking creature studded with vent pipes across his torso, his hands tipped with claws and three eyes set in a head sparsely crowned by a few loose strands of hair. A tobacco pipe rests in each of his hands, and in the webcomic version six cigars jut from his mouth.

Malice runs through him. He is sadistic and hungry for blood, and during his duel with Tanktop Master he jeers at the hero's failing state and vows to draw out his death slowly and painfully.

Heavy Smoker squared off against Tanktop Master in N-City. Though the S-Class hero's Attack Power Specialized Tight Tanktop gave him a rough time and left him hurt, his poison gas and smokescreens gradually drained the hero's strength. Before he could finish the job, Flashy Flash arrived, and after a brief exchange the ninja hero cut him down.

Being Dragon-level makes him a formidable monster, strong enough to press Tanktop Master to the edge and likely to have killed him without Flash's intervention, even if the ninja needed only one strike to end him. His durability held up through a drawn-out fight, and his speed let him keep pace with S-Class heroes, going so far as to block Flash's Surging Wind Blade Kick in the webcomic. He can also levitate, hovering off the ground and even sitting cross-legged in the air.

His signature power is smoke. He pours vast volumes of it from his pipes and cigars, and even a powerhouse like Tanktop Master begins to buckle under the toxic haze, which spread across all of N-City and lingered after his death. Heavy Smoker boasts that his supply is endless, though that claim is open to doubt. He can also shape the smoke into clones to bewilder his enemies, tricking both Tanktop Master and Flash into landing their attacks on decoys rather than his real body.
